Elena Lamaak is applying for the position of Co-Leader.  At Raising Arrows she has served on the Birthday Blessings Team, has assisted in Preschool Art, and is the head teacher for High School Art.

"I would enjoy being on the Leadership team for the co-op. I have loved getting to know all the moms and learning how the co-op runs! I care about the success of the co-op and appreciate how it benefits my kids’ education, experience, and the support it provides all of us. We are blessed to be a part of an amazing Christ-centered group and it would be an honor to be a part of continuing to see it thrive!

A little more about me! I have been married to Ben for 11 years, and we have four kids: Eli is 10, Owen is 7, and Cole and Alivia are 5 year old twins. I have a background in the field of art therapy and has a side art business making digital printables and coloring posters. I love all things creativity, being with family, baking, taking walks, podcasts, coffee, doodling, being in nature, and building community."

Chris Sayre is applying for the position of Dad Representative.

"My name is Chris Sayre. I currently work as a project manager for Reese Design & Build. I believe that I would bring value in the form of critical thinking, problem solving and being an unbiased voice of reason. These are all attributes that I use daily in my job as a project manager. I also serve on the board of directors for GCR Ministries.

In my free time, I enjoy long naps on the couch, playing volleyball and basketball, and being a girl dad extraordinaire."
